Hi, I’m Leon — the founder of Colchester TechAssist and your local IT support specialist. With a BEng in Computer Networks and hands-on experience building and supporting over 600 systems that includes both Linux and Windows Operating Systems, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what businesses and individuals need to keep their technology running without a hitch.

I’ve spent years sharpening my technical skills across system administration, network security, and server management, while also developing the customer service skills that make all the difference when you’re stressed about a tech problem. I know that IT issues don’t just cause frustration, they cost you time and money. so I make it my priority to get you sorted quickly and without the jargon.

I hold an ITF+ and SEC1 certification whilst currently working towards my Network+, and Security+ qualifications, so you can trust that my knowledge is always current and growing.
