To avoid annoying internet advertisements, prevent sites from tracking you across the internet and improve browsing speed, you can build whats called a Pi-Hole. You can use any spare PC that is running a Debian Linux OS but its recommended to use a Raspberry Pi 4. You can also add a TFT 2.8″ touchscreen resistive display that will show you detailes information about how many ads have been blocked how many tracking sites were blocked, network and RAM usage on your network.
